Sofrito – A Corfiot Classic

Another local favourite is Sofrito.

Thin slices of veal cooked with garlic, white wine and parsley, creating a delicate and elegant dish that perfectly represents Corfiot cuisine.

Enjoy lunch in the mountain village of Exochori before returning to Kardamyli.

DAY 6 – Exploring the Viros Gorge

Walking time: 4–5 hours

Discover one of the most impressive natural landscapes in southern Greece.

The Viros Gorge offers:
