From the open-plan built-in living room with sea views descend a few stairs and you will find yourselves in the fully equipped kitchen of the property and a cozy dining area. The villa’s master bedroom is in the same floor and it is the definition of comfort and privacy with its en-suite, opulent bathroom and a large, private shaded veranda that enjoys the most alluring panoramic views. Two more double en-suite bedrooms are found on the lower level of the property, one also featuring a single sofa-bed for a young child. But for the young guests, this villa boasts a separate sea view guest house by the pool with three built-in bunk beds, en-suite bathroom and independent access to the pool and gardens. Kids will have the time of their lives there as they will have their own private mini home while you will be only a few steps away! The second guest house can sleep two guests in utter privacy as it also features an independent entrance, access to the pool area and a charming, spacious double en-suite bedroom. The vast outdoor area of the villa is the synonym of the most self-spoiling summer living! A 55sq.m. infinity pool with wooden sun loungers and, right behind it, an ultra-spacious shaded area with a huge built-in sofa, a lounging spot, a dining table for 10 and a proper, fully equipped kitchen with outdoor barbeque.
